O’Toole is searching for the polygraph test results done on Buell Frazier. Those results have never been found to this day! This 1975 documentary was produced by George O’Toole.


PATE, SAM

KBOX-Radio reporter. 1970 interview by Al Chapman. He claims in this interview that he saw a puff of smoke close to a gutter in Dealey Plaza. If that was true, that would indicate a shot fired from another location than the Texas School Book Depository.


PHILLIPS, DAVID

Chief of Station in Mexico City for the CIA when Lee Oswald visited the Cuban and Russian embassies. HSCA interview.

Escalator engineer who saw CE399 at Parkland Hospital. HSCA interview.

Rose was one of the arresting officers of Lee Oswald’s co-worker Wesley Buell Frazier. See photo below. HSCA interview.


SCHLOSS, DONNA. .

Parkland intern whose friend and colleague Sharon Tuohy claimed that they were together when they saw a bullet on a stretcher on November 22, 1963. Ms. Schloss refutes that claim in this HSCA interview. HSCA interview.


SHIELDS, ED

Was a Texas School Book Depository employee, but working only at the other depository on Houston Street on that day. In this interview, he reports to the interviewers what the other employees told him in 1963. HSCA interview.

Rarely discussed witness who was positioned right in front of the Texas School Book Depository. Her existence came to light after Junior Jarman told the HSCA investigators that his cousin was also a witness to the assassination. HSCA interview.

WHITE, GENEVA

Geneva Dees was the wife of Dallas Police officer Roscoe White who according to some was a shooter on the grassy knoll. Her son Rick is also heard telling about his dad’s photo collection. HSCA interview.


WISEMAN, JOHN “BILL”

Deputy sheriff who observed the action in Dealey Plaza during the shooting. He immediately rushed to Elm Street to make sure everyone was safe, and started interviewing witnesses. HSCA interview.
