According to this WFAA interview with Evans, he was at the Depository only at 7PM.

Those 3 frames are from the Alyea film in the Depository. First two on the 6th floor, and the last one on the first or second floor.
Jerry Coley and Charles Mulkey
Allegedly Coley and Mulkey in this photo.
Discussion on Coley’s story about blood on the grassy knoll. Coley went back with a photographer and took pictures of it. Interesting read here:

Could this be blood?
James Ewell
Mary Woodward
Possibly the woman in the center. Deputy Sheriff Roger Craig on the right.
Woodward was watching the parade with her colleagues Ann Donaldson, Aurelia Alonzo and Margaret Brown
DALLAS TIMES HERALD
Hugh Aynesworth
Unable to locate one single image of him in Dealey Plaza. WFAA staff member Vic Robertson saw Aynesworth on Houston Street at around 1:10 PM.
James Featherstone

When a shooting in Oak Cliff was announced, Payne was with Joe Sherman, John Shoellkopf and Paul Rosenfield.
Joe Sherman (John Francis Sherman)
Went on the 6th floor in mid-afternoon.
FORT WORTH STAR TELEGRAM
Jack Tinsley
Went in the Depository, presumably about 3 hours after it had originally been sealed off.
Could it be this man in the Alyea film? It can’t be him if he came in the building only 3 hours later.
UPI
Michael Whittaker
Watched parade from an unknown location. “Was one of the first inside the School Book Depository” (Reporting the Kennedy Assassination, page 174).
DAILY TEXAN (University of Texas in Austin student newspaper)
Three of their staff went to Dallas to do their own investigation. They went on the 6th floor of the Depository and were also present in the police headquarters.
Jim Seymour (Jimmy Seymour)
Charmayne Marsh
She is also in the photo above facing Captain Fritz.
Richard Cole
He can be seen here from 2:02, a micro in his hand:

I enjoy your posts Denis.
Thank you for examining the films and images for those reporters present.
I notice Dan Rather is absent, no surprise…
Cheers, Ed

Above, under “Kent Biffle,” you say, “Those 3 frames are from the Alyea film in the Depository. First two on the 6th floor, and the last one on the first or second floor.” The background of the first one indicates that it was taken on the first floor. The glass-block window tells the tale.
